Details
Providence, RI research firm seeks female figure models, ages 18-34, to participate in
a 4 hour paid comfort and usability study of a non-invasive feminine care
hygiene product.
Participants will be asked to travel to our office facility in Providence, with the
opportunity to periodically participate in paid study sessions.
**During certain activities in the study, participants will need to be partially
unclothed from the waist down in order to understand product fit, conformity,
and comfort. Participants will be asked to wear the product while conducting a series
of fundamental physical activities including sitting, standing, and lying down. These
movements will be captured with photography or a video camera.
These studies are led by professional researchers only, and sessions are conducted
with utmost decency and professionalism. Participant identities and all information
captured will remain confidential in accordance with standard procedures and
policy.
Previous research has shown that exercise can provide a number of benefits to cancer survivors such as improve their mood and reduce fatigue. Researchers at the Miriam Hospital have designed a web-based exercise program for young adult cancer survivors and are looking for volunteers to test the program. The website is designed to help young adult cancer survivors begin a program of moderate-intensity exercise, which is equal to a brisk walk.
What does this study involve?
Meeting with a researcher for about one hour on three occasions Completing questionnaires (for example, about your mood and energy level)
Being randomly assigned to one of two groups. In one, you would receive access to the exercise website for 12 weeks. In the other, you would receive information about other cancer-related websites that you may find helpful.
You would receive a small gift for attending the final meeting with the researcher
RESEARCH TRIANGLE INSTITUTE, a research firm in North Carolina, is seeking field interviewers to interview randomly selected household residents in the Rhode Island area(s). The study will start in January and continue through the end of December 2011.

Average 20 to 25 hours per week

Egg Donor qualifications are as follows:
~ Donor must be between the ages of 21 and 34 and in good health.
