The HBT worker is expected to be able to express verbally, and in writing, the methods used in treatment, the reasons and relevance of interventions used in treatment, and a daily note describing the interventions used on that particular day. The HBT Worker is expected to be able to uphold a level of professionalism and maturity, and must be punctual, reliable, and consistent.<br>

Requirements:<br>
An eligible candidate shall: be at least 19 years old with a high school degree or equivalent, have a driver's license in good standing, have up to date insurance and registration, daily access to a vehicle, and will be able to pass a BCI and CANTS check.<br>
<br>
In addition, an eligible candidate will:<br>
1. Have a minimum of two years of supervised experience working with children with special health care needs or,<br>
2. Have an Associates Degree in Human Services (i.e. psychology, counseling, child development, education, nursing, and etc.) or,<br>
3. Be currently enrolled in not less than six semester hours of relevant undergraduate coursework at an accredited college or university or,<br>
4. Demonstrate competence to work with children with special health care needs or,<br>
5. Have at least 2-3 years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.<br>

We are currently recruiting for a HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our Human Resources Department at our Corporate Headquarters located in Smithfield, RI.  <br>
<br>
RESPONSIBILITIES: <br>
  * Data entry of all personnel information including: new hires, terminations, address and/or personal changes, direct deposit information and assigns new employee numbers into HRIS.<br>
  * Maintains employee master files by verifying that social security numbers, tax information, banking and other information has been entered accurately into HRIS.<br>
  * Processes all new hire paperwork including auditing forms for accuracy and completion, tracking down missing paperwork, taking employees off of pay hold status and creating a new hire folder for filing.   <br>
  * Corrects and audits time and attendance for Corporate hourly staff.  <br>
  * Enters weekly pay adjustments for Field hourly staff.  <br>
  * Delivers and tracks weekly time sheets to managers for approval.  <br>
  * Enrolls and terminates employees from benefit vendors.  <br>
  * Maintains department filing and employee files.   <br>
  * Responsible for creating and replacing employee badges.  <br>
  * Interacts with co-workers and employees on issues and questions concerning payroll related topics. <br>
  * Special projects and tasks as assigned. <br>

REQUIREMENTS: <br>
  * The right candidate will possess the ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner, must be a team player, a multi-tasker and extremely organized. <br>
  * Must be able to meet daily and weekly processing deadlines.  <br>
  * Prior Payroll, HRIS and Time and Attendance experience required. <br>
  * Experience with UltiPro HRIS a plus!<br>
  * Bachelors Degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of experience in Payroll and/or Human Resources. <br>

1-year experience with working knowledge of IEX and Avaya CMS systems desired. <br>
