Help me find my Neeve! He's a very small gray/black tabby (neutered) with a white face and paws & a brown smudge on one side of his nose. Neeve has a very visible defect in both eyelids which makes him look almost as if he were blind (he's not). He's high energy & scrappy & has good street smarts, but is extremely shy around people he doesn't know.
