JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides direct behavioral therapy and family skills training by
Implementing the H.B.T.S. plan approved by The Department of Human Services.
DUTIES INCLUDE: Provides direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21; provides role modeling/training to parents/families; provides support to child and family, when necessary, with appointments, therapy sessions, etc.; provides assistance to the child with self-help & self-care; provides teaching of social & safety skills when applicable; provides data/documentation to H.B.T.S. coordinator as required; provides information to psychologist as necessary; reports concerns/safety hazards; promotes individualized, person-centered, service delivery which meets all identified needs of the child & family; performs other duties as assigned.
