St. Mary’s Home for Children is seeking a reliable, flexible, self-motivated Residential Counselor to join our dynamic community of professionals. This is a full time, third shift (3PM-11PM) position that requires weekend work hours in our acute care unit.
The acute care Residential Counselor is responsible for supervising children in daily routines and implementation of the program's therapeutic treatment. Responsibilities include completion of reports and documentation, implementation of therapeutic activities and group based work, as required of the interdisciplinary team.
Position/educational requirements: Valid driver's license and background check required. Bachelor's Degree or 3 years experience working with children in a residential or psychiatric hospital setting. EOE
