Program Director – Aquatics
Seeking experienced aquatic professional to provide direction for well established aquatic program. Individual must possess aquatic certifications and able to document work history involving aquatic programming. Individual must have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision. Position responsible for procurement, training, and evaluation of part time aquatic staff. Position also responsible for program promotion, daily operations, pool chemistry, coordination of efforts with other agency departments, budget development and supervision, program evaluation and new program development. This is a salaried position with vacation, health and other benefits. We are seeking an aquatic professional to build upon an already successful program.
