The owner , Pat Cortellessa, should have his face on the front page of the Providence Journal every week to keep him in the public eye. How about a "where's Cortellessa?" picture of the week? The Journal should find out where professional arsonist Ronald Sanford is located and get his input on why the building caught fire. ...not saying Sanford had anything to do with it...just that according to prior press accounts, he has made a long living as an arsonist himself and probably either knows who did it or how it was done...and Sanford likes to talk.

The city needs to step in to help Cortellessa rehab that building or else the city should take it by eminent domain. And the city should move quickly.
