Support the CRFRI

Long awaited and finally to be introduced the Campus Liberalism project begins. The new page on the CRFRI website will open containing the details and tools for the Combating Campus Liberalism Initiative will be launched shortly after techical difficulties. This initiative will combine student tactics in the classroom with aggressive media and legal efforts to ensure administrations and professors across the state do not transgress the bounds of acceptable political bias. Incidents have already been reported at Providence College and Rhode Island College and the CRFRI will begin the fight there.

As this initiative aimed squarely at our campuses is released, a partnership aimed at the state of Rhode Island's high schools will launch. The CRFRI is proud to announce the donation of a page of crfri.org to the Teen Age Republicans of RI. Recently at Cranston High School East Julie Martin and Evan Gillissie established the first chapter of Teen Age Republicans in Rhode Island. In order to encourage young people everywhere to stand up for their beliefs the College Republicans are proud to support the Teen Age Republicans whenever possible. We begin this alliance of Rhode Island youth by bringing their message to the internet.

A new faith in the core values of civil rights, small government and a moral society is spreading among young people. More apathetic youths are standing up to oppose the forfeit of the future of this nation and this state at the reckless hands of government spending. Change is coming to Rhode Island and the College Republicans will see it realized.

Rhode Island Teen Age Republicans

Recently at Cranston High School East Julie Martin and Evan Gillissie started the first chapter of TAR's in Rhode Island. In order to encourage young people everywhere to stand up for their beliefs the College Republicans are proud to support the Teen Age Republicans whenever possible. To begin this partnership the CR's will be donating a page of the crfri website to the TAR's. This is their own description:

"Teen Age Republicans is a group that informs teens about politics and what is going on in our great country. Teens who consider themselves Democrats or Independents are welcome to attend all meetings to learn more about our political system and current events.

We will be hosting charity events, fundraisers, and social events as well as campaigning for worthy politicians on the local, state, and national levels.

TARS is a great way to become involved with politics, learn leadership, and meet new people.

What we stand for:
-less taxes
-less government interference in our personal lives
-more FREEDOM"
