We handle all kinds of work orders for our clients - clean outs, lock changes, winterizations, seasonal yard maintainence, and more.  * Primarily looking for inspectors to service SOUTHERN RHODE ISLAND and Maintainence Crews for ALL OF RHODE ISLAND.<br>

Real Estate Inspectors are responsible for driving a route their county, completing quick residential real estate inspections from the street (not entering the homes), and entering the information online. Each inspection is to be accompanied by a digital photograph. Pay is $4.00/ per inspection and $.50/photo. Number of inspections vary by territory and experience. Ability to make a good weekly income. No reimbursement for gas or other costs associated.<br>

Ability to make your own schedule - great opportunity for part-time supplemental employment! Weekday or weekend schedules available.<br>
