This Master Bedroom is the room Im looking to share. Ive never done this before and am not in a huge rush. It has to be the right person. I have a young daughter and ideally my roommate would be female, clean, quiet and working full time.

At $140 per week ALL is included - Rent, heat on its own heating zone, electric and cable. The room is approx 300 sq feet including the bathroom with standup shower. It also has a huge double closet and plenty of storage in the basement. Laundry in the basement as well. We'll share the kitchen.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment on smith hill, in between chalkstone and smith street. I am looking for a roommate. I am 22. I play guitar and drums, which I do play in the house. I work around 60 hours a week, and I am not home too often. However I stay up late and watch movies with a co-worker very frequently. Please be a college student or someone like myself. someone who has a stable job and can pick up after their own messes. I am not looking for a clean freak since I sure am not one. I am a smoker but I do not smoke inside, the house has a porch for that. The spare bedroom is not furnished. I am using it as storage at the time. The kitchen is very tiny as well as the bathroom. The bedroom is a decent size. The living room is a good size and the dining room is large as well, however there is nothing in it besides my drums and a microwave at the time. I am not looking for someone who will have a bunch of friends over all the time, especially when I am trying to sleep. I am cool with 420 but I do not partake in it. However I do not want to have a pothead roommate either.
I enjoy good beer and good food. I listen to a lot of strange music and i enjoy interesting conversations.

I need to find a roommate in order to cut back some hours at work so I can get back into school.
