This house is a contractors home custom through out. We have a home in Port Charlotte Fl. it is 1690 sq ft under air, two car garage, 3 beds, 2 full baths, Dining room, laundry room with front load washer and dryer, breakfast room and dining room. Master bath is huge with a walk in roman shower, with over sized tub, his and hers custom walk-in closets. We have beautiful tray ceilings in living room, bedroom, entry, and lanai. A heated pool with a cage surround, an irrigation system, intercom system, all new landscape with curbing around. Granit kitchen counters, and Kraft maid cabinets.

We live just off State road 41, A few miles from the highway, twenty min to Englewood beach and 30 to Venice Breach. We are two minutes from Home Depot, Wal-mart, Lowes, many restaurants and mall. Yet we are in a country setting with woods across the street and on the side of our home.
We are looking for something similar can be smaller just clean and in a safe neighborhood. Warwick would be great but anywhere is fine. We were looking to swap for the winter, 6 months or even a year. if your thinking that Southwest Florida is the place for you here's your chance to find out without having to buy or sell.
