The Panasonic SD-BMT1000 is a fantastic bread making machine. It makes great quality, tall, 1-pound loafs which is not available in most domestic bread makers. It offers 34 pre-programmed functions to choose from, not limited to bread only, you can make chocolate, compote, and mochi (a Japanese desert). It has both automatic fruit/nut and yeast dispenser. This machine measures at 9.5 x 11.9 x 13.6 inches and weighs in at 12.3 lbs. This size makes it one of the more compact bread makers so it doesn’t take up much space.It is very quiet, the only time you’ll hear any noise is when the dispensing tray is working. This is a Japanese authentic version, made in Japan. USER INTERFACE, original recipes and instructions are in Japanese. I offer manual in English for this machine. This bread machine was very lightly used, no more than 10 times total.
