This original watercolor is signed E. Griffin with a card on the back showing their full name. Piece has a little wear but the details are amazing. Mat has some moisture stains. There are poorly covered nail holes in the frame. Painting itself is excellent and beautiful.
Frame is 22&5/8 X 18 & 5/8 inches.
