I haven't found the artists name other than what is shown. I just pick up pieces I like the look of. I think it is a watercolor but perhaps some sort of woodblock ink print. Piece is in excellent condition. Frame has some nicks and scuffs as shown. Overall very good condition.

Piece is located in Northern RI. I'm about 20 minutes from Providence and a little over an hour from Hartford or Boston.
