(3) Women vintage oil on canvas unsigned B71 - $200 (Northern RI)

I know absolutely nothing about art, just pick up pieces I like the look of. This vintage oil on canvas (pretty sure it's oil) is unsigned but had an intriguing look. The painting has some age and edges are a little beat up. A new frame would hide all the wear. There is a small area where some of the textured paint chipped off. It was in a spare room stored for some time and has some dust and dirt but overall pretty good condition.

Piece is located in Northern RI. I'm about 20 minutes from Providence and a little over an hour from Hartford or Boston.
