A Bernina model 830-Record sewing machine. Has been cleaned and adjusted. This is the mechanical (non-electronic, non-computerized model), Uses installed cams for the 20+ decorative stitches, two speeds, stitch length, needle position, knee control raises presser foot. A free-arm machine with detachable sewing table. Some of the plastic trim pieces mostly on the rear have yellowed with age

Comes Red Bernina carry case, foot speed control (upgraded) and 3 end power cord, detachable table, my Bernina guide, and advance guide workbook, parts diagrams, and adjustment guide. 11 bobbins, presser, feet 25 Bernina needles, 3 ball point needles, 2 stitch width guides (attach with screw to foot). Feet are: Button hole; general sewing; satin stitch; zigzag; blind stitch; pin-tuck; patchwork or quilt; zipper foot. Switch to a heavy duty needle and sew Naugahyde or heavy denim, or use a ball point needle for sheer fabrics.

This machine is the Swiss (Steckborn) watch of sewing machines. In the rights hand is capable of some serious sewing. If you are not willing to learn how to properly operate it then you'll waste your money. On-line tutorials (on YouTube or other platforms are available) Experienced sewers will not have difficulty, the novice will take some time to learn.
