Pedestal Dining table and 8 chairs + sideboard & hutch $2,000 OBO
History: purchased in early 1900's by the McCarthy family-then the Boutiette family purchased the home with the dining set, from the Boutiette family to the Plante family (about 1983).
Table measures 72 inches with 24 inch extender board (total 96 in) by 44 inches wide
2 arm chairs and 6 side chairs form part of the set.
Includes sideboard 64 inches
also includes China closet is 64 inches wide and 88 inches high
ALL IN PAMPERED CONDITION
$2,000 OBO
Must be moved out by October 22
