I am looking for a private space to use as an art studio. Ideally it has electricity outlets, some lighting, access to a restroom, and hopefully a window. I am an artist so money is very tight so it has to be very cheap, very cheap. The condition of the space does not have to be the greatest but does need to be an empty space. If you are a collector with a space we could work out a deal where you get some paintings to offset the price of the space. If I like the space and I'm comfortable working in it this would be a long term situation but no lease. The space can be up to 10 miles from attleboro center.
