Coker reproduction tires, repop seat

It appears to have a slight crack in paint in head tube/down tube area..I will sand it down for someone if they are serious and want a better look at the frame tube >> BUT it came with a nice stripped extra frame!
BOTH frames have threaded bottom bracket..Extra frame was sandblasted and has surface rust

Asking $500 cash for bike with extra frame
