55.8 cm CTT, or 22inch Lo Pro style frame with beautiful all original paint and decals. BLB only built a handful of promotional bikes for the campaign’s marketing shoots and in‑store displays for H&M.
These were typically:
• Lo‑pro track frames (BLB’s own “Viper” or “Notorious” style geometry of that era)
• Fixed‑gear setups with deep‑V rims
• Branded for H&M for photo/video use
• Not sold to the public
Because they weren’t retail products, they fall into the category of promo builds — one‑offs or tiny batches assembled for marketing.
Are they rare?
Extremely. Since they were never sold, the only bikes that exist are:
• The ones used in the 2013 campaign photos/videos
• A few display bikes placed in H&M flagship stores
• Possibly a couple kept by BLB staff that might be in circulation
That means the total number is likely under 10, maybe even 3–5.
A single front brake caliper and brake lever that were both original to this bike and mounted for freewheel riding. The original pursuit handlebars are included, along with the original rear freewheel sprocket, BLB engraved hubs, seatpost, and crankset, original saddle is in excellent condition. As far as I can tell, this bike has never been ridden. There are few (very few) rubs and one scratch in the original deep green paint finish from storage, but otherwise is shiny and brand new looking.
• BLB lo-pro (Cro-Mo steel) frame – for an extra aggressive riding position, ensuring speed and control in an urban environment
• Limited edition white Notorious 03 carbon tri-spoke front wheel
• Flip-flop rear wheel (42mm H+Son deep section white alloy rim) – meaning this bike can be ridden as fixed wheel or free wheel
• BLB pursuit handlebars in bright silver
• Elegant, polished silver BLB Lil Quill stem
• 46T BLB Pista Vera track crank set in bright silver (165mm arms)
• 17T BLB fixed sprocket
• 17T free wheel sprocket
• BLB Fly X white saddle
• BLB seat post in silver (27.2mm diameter)
• Supplied with front brake to accommodate fixed wheel or free wheel riding
• Wheel size: 700c
• Tire width: 700x23c
Bike will be broken down and boxed by my local bike shop (I hate boxing bikes), and shipped insured via Bikeflights, ($195) or local pickup in Newport RI and a chance to come get some clamcakes and chowda, and hit up a few mansions while you are here!
