I have never seen one of these bikes offered in the times I have been on Craigs List. This is a Panasonic ATB, in which they did not make many, due to them focusing on their electronics. I purchased this new during one of the bike booms in 1987 at my local dealer. It had some bumps and bruises over the years from transport, so it has had some touch up in the past. But mechanically it has always been kept up perfect. I had new puncture proof tubes installed in June of this year. Tires are still in wonderful shape, it has also just come from its yearly professional service as well, for new buyer piece of mind, including but not limited to, rebuilt fork bearings, all new wires and cables, rims balanced for maximum braking, new grips, bar original era bull horns, rear Trek rack, frame option for dual bottle holders, etc. A very comfortable, sturdy, easy to run and shift for the beginner, or avid rider, campus, etc. They were really ahead of their time. Its Shimano Twist grip shifters STX system has all been upgraded, bike is extremely clean, been hanging up in climate control since its tune up, I hate to part but I am getting up there in age, so I want this to go to a good home. New buyer won't be sorry and will make the new owner extremely happy!!!!!!!!!!!!
