\This extremely rare and highly collectible book was published in 1938...a first edition by Platt and Munk Co. Inc.
It is wonderfully illustrated with every other page in black and white. The next 2 pages are in brilliant color which has not faded at all.Cover is green and shows a little wear on the corners and the very bottom of the binding. The first and last pages ares a bit loose with a tear about 1 inch on the back page. The rest of the book is in excellent condition. A TOUCH OF HISTORY! The story is charming.
