1980 Pearson 32, with a professionally maintained Universal FWC m3-20b diesel in excellent running condition always maintained and oils changed yearly with new rebuilt raw water pump, re-built transmission (2017) and dripless shaft seal. Solar trickle battery charger, batteries, newer aluminum fuel tank (2008), Edson wheel steering, new running lights, new Campbell Sailor Prop, Raymarine depth sounder, Raymarine knot meter, new bilge pump. Shower, new Jabsco marine toilet, hot & cold water, new 120% furling Genoa by Quantum sails (2019), mainsail, new forestay (2019), Seldon Furlex furler, backstay adjuster, new Macerator Pump & alternator. New water pump replaced 07/24. Black water sanitation lines replaced 04/24.

Dodger, bimini and new cockpit awning, transom ladder, Magna gas grill, cockpit table, 3 range propane stove, teak interior, holly floor, new upholstered cushions. The deck and barrier coated hull are sound.
