I employ individualized corrective flexibility training to quickly and accurately assess tightnesses, weaknesses, and imbalances as I develop techniques and exercises that are perfect for you.
Of course, this all needs to be convenient and I am more than happy to train you at your local park, in your home, or even in your driveway. I travel and have a schedule that can accommodate the days and times that you need.
