Vintage Cocktail Party Suzy Perette New York Dress Women Ladies -Takin - $195 (North Smithfield)

This is a very nice dress and has been stored in a garment bag.
I believe it is probably from the 1960's maybe older. It has two zippers and a bow in the front and has a velvet type of fabric, with an unusual flap or split in the front skirt area.
Size 8
Color is Black, and being it is such a deep black the photos doesn't do the dress justice in regards to detail.
