This is a very large calendar from 1950. It depicts the pioneering days of old complete with the train pulling into town. This is a reprint from the famous painter Al Mettel. It is titled Early Days. It was given to the employees of the D. E. Makepeace Company in Attleboro Massachusetts for Christmas 1949 for the 1950 new year/decade.
This calendar is in great condition. If you or perhaps your parents or grandparents worked for this company, this would be a great gift or keepsake.
