This is a very large calendar from 1952. It depicts a scene east of Brussels. This is a reprint from the famous painter Al Mettel. It is titled Along the River Dyle. It was given to the employees of D. E. Makepeace Company in Attleboro, Massachusetts for Christmas in 1951 for the 1952 new year.
This calendar is in great condition with the exception of a rip in the frame. See photo.If you or perhaps your parents or grandparents worked for this company, this would be a great gift or keepsake.
