This is a 1940's "SMOKERS PUT'EM HERE" metal, free standing ash tray. Good condition, nice character. The ashtray is removable. Indoor or outdoor.
Full disclosure: the ashtray itself has been replaced over the years. However, the stand is completely original. Beautiful, unique, piece.
