Vintage Brass Kaleidoscope, "Lucida With Wooden Base " By Van Cort Instruments. In excellent condition. Slight tarnishing, but probably can be cleaned. Features separate turning dry cell chamber. At one time Van Cort Instruments were one of the top Kaleidoscope manufacturers in America until they closed their Business in the mid-1990s. The Lucida was one of the first kaleidoscopes they produced. This kaleidoscope was made in the 1980's era. This beautiful brass kaleidoscope is 5" long and 1 5/16" in diameter. The base is 4" long, 1 1/4" wide and 7/8" tall. Includes wooden stand and box.
