1936 Morris 8 Tourer Complete Runs and Drives - rare British Car. Right hand Drive, Manual, Convertible. Always garaged, Many new parts including 12V conversion, New Battery, and many more. I have several parts I am including in the sale. Moving to a place I cannot garage or I would not be selling. Fun car to drive around town to farmer's market, get ice cream, etc. etc.etc. Note: This is a small about town car, it is not designed for long trips, highways, or speed. (Top speed is 35 mph), it is not for areas with very steep hills (little/medium hills are fine) or mountains. The car is complete as far as I can tell. I bought a 12V to 6V converter that you will need to install to get all the guages and lights working as they are 6V and the bulbs will blow otherwise. The speedometer and everything else is manual so no trouble with the car starting or driving. Have owners manual and other documentation. I have the original yellow spoked rims which I will include with the sale of the car. Really could drive as is once you hooked up the converter or if you wanted a very rare show car easily restore it. Oh, one last thing, much to the dismay of fellow antique car collectors the Morris engine always fires right up in any kind of New England weather and after you let it warm up for a minute it has never stalled since I have owned it. Please no low ballers, tire kickers, dreamers or scammers. I am selling this for less than I paid for it and with many new parts. I would like it to go to a person which wants to get in antique cars, wants a fun to drive around town car for a low entry price, and it would be especially nice if you were an expat or anglophile.
