This truck was used as a brush truck/wild land fire apparatus in Arizona. I bought it when it was decommissioned and drove it to RI. I converted it into a mobile auto detailing truck for my small business. Business has been slowing down and now the truck needs a new engine so I just want to sell it as is. I’m disappointed that the legendary 7.3 liter diesel engine that Ford claims to be their masterpiece didn’t last as long as I thought it would. This truck would make a great work vehicle for many different types of use. Auto detailing, landscaping, masonry, plumbing, painting, general construction, handy man services, mobile mechanic, pool service truck, the list goes on. Get it for a good price with no rust and put an engine in it, you’ll have yourself a really nice rig. My mechanic told me it would cost an estimated $6,000-$10,000 to repair.
