When it came time for inspection this year it failed due to a catalytic converter code. We tried to work around it by replacing some valves, but it still wouldn’t pass inspection. After that, we started having a few more issues pop up — including power steering, calipers, and brake problems.
At that point, we decided not to put any more money into it since we were already planning to buy a new car.
The Jeep still starts and runs, but is not roadworthy as-is. Would be great for parts or a project vehicle for someone who knows their way around repairs.
*Will not be able to drive off property with. Will need tow truck of some kind*
