Check Engine Light: The light is on only due to the aftermarket muffler we installed. The truck runs and sounds great, but the change from the OEM part triggers the light. We can provide a scan to confirm this is the only code. It can be fixed by reinstalling an OEM muffler (we were quoted over $2500), but we chose the more cost-effective aftermarket option. We have driven it for 2 years without any issues.
To Be 100%: To make it perfect, our mechanic recommends:
Installing a higher-amp battery (recommended due to the new, larger alternator).
Rewiring the aftermarket backup camera (the camera and wire are included).
We are only selling because we are transitioning our fleet to trailers. This truck is still in daily use and ready for you to continue its working life.
