An APC / Schneider BK400 battery up. I have just installed a new battery (they can last up to 7 years depending on the load) Tested and ready for a new owner. Now surplus to my requirements. Fat Man in red suit recently upgraded me to a larger unit.

Alerts you to problems with the income power allowing for orderly shut down of electronic / electrical items. Once marketed solely for computers, are now being used on home appliances with circuit board / digital readouts as they are more sensitive to voltage variances.
