The uniform for the dealers is white button down dress, shirt, black bow tie "we can provide", black dress pants, and black dress shoes. We also use a black button down dress shirt for some jobs as well.
Set up staff also have the most gig offers. Experience in Bartending, Serving, or any type of event work that involves dealing with the public is a plus. Catering Experience is a huge bonus as it involves setting up an event from Scratch. This position is what we need the most right now.
The right individuals for dealer or set up crew will be polished, affable, entertaining, friendly, and ultra-reliable individuals whom honor their commitments. Dealers earn $125-$200 per event. The Set-Up crew who also deal earn a $200 base plus tips per event "tip is usually around $50". Table tips are pretty common also. We will train the right candidates. Applicant's close to Framingham, MA highly desired.
The money is really good, but we are not looking for people who are just in it for the money. Most of our people tell us they would do this for free. They just happen to get paid very well for it. If you are a truly well rounded individual, and are truly interested in this opportunity, we would love to here from you. Our set up people usually graduate to event managers. The ability to drive and set up are a huge bonus for the company.
