Freelance AV Stage Needed for Event Setup and Breakdown – $22/hr (Providence)

🔹 Thursday, November 6: 12:00 PM- 2:00 PM
🔹 Friday, November 7: 1:30 PM- 3:30 PM
🔹Location: Near the RI Hospital (address will provided once scheduled)
🔹 Pay: $22/hr (minimum 2 hours per gig)
🔹 Payment: Business check after gig completion.
🔹 Parking: Not included or reimbursed
Job Responsibilities:
As part of our AV event crew, you will:
✔ Assist the event manager with unloading equipment from trucks using lift gates or loading docks
✔ Transport road-case equipment on wheels from the loading area to the event space
✔ Assemble AV equipment, including TV stands, monitors, computers, and cables
✔ Connect and secure all AV components
✔ Tape down and manage cables safely
✔ Break down and load equipment at the end of the event
Requirements:
✅ Must be able to lift 50 lbs. comfortably and safely
✅ Must have a modern smartphone and be responsive
✅ Must dress professionally (black/dark t-shirt and non-torn jeans preferred)
