Reliable, outgoing event professional needed for Exhibit Booth (Providence)

We are looking to hire reliable, outgoing, experienced event professionals to work an Exhibit Booth. The booth is a large virtual reality booth where physicians attending Pri-Med Conference will interact with and engage in educational stations within the booth. We are looking for staff to work the booth in various capacities such as monitoring the VR theatre (resetting the VR goggles, sanitizing the goggles), checking in the booth visitors (scanning their badges, passing out materials), answering questions about the booth, and other tasks as needed. You will need to be on your feet for most of the shift. The location and hours are shown below. There is also a reception one evening where we will need staff to assist with greeting attendees and passing out materials.

8:00 am – 3:30 pm
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm (reception)
Friday, October 24
8:30 am – 12:45 pm
Attire: business professional attire required
Rate: $30 per hour + parking reimbursement daily
