9 Twenty Cafe is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Line Cook to join our growing team!
We are a fast-paced breakfast & lunch restaurant looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works clean and organized, and can help lead the kitchen during busy service.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience cooking breakfast and lunch in a fast-paced kitchen
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong understanding of portion control and food quality
-Knowledge of FIFO and kitchen organization
-Reliable, punctual, and consistent
-Ability to stay calm and efficient during rushes
-Passion for cooking and creating quality food
-Keeps a clean and sanitary workspace
-Positive attitude and strong communication skills
-Able to multitask and take initiative
-Experience with prep work, line setup, and closing procedures
-Someone who takes ownership of the kitchen and helps keep service running smoothly
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
-Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
-Inventory and stocking
-Help with prep and kitchen organization
-Ensure tickets are completed accurately and promptly
-Work with the team to maintain a smooth kitchen flow
Schedule:
Morning and daytime shifts
Weekends required
Part-time or full-time opportunity available for the right candidate
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience.
