All Fired Up Catering is a growing, woman-owned and veteran-owned catering company serving weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special events throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to help us continue growing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, and wants to be part of a business that is expanding.
Responsibilities
* Food prep and basic cooking
* Assisting with catering events
* Event setup and breakdown
* Loading and unloading equipment and supplies
* Kitchen cleaning and organization
* Inventory management
* Assisting with smokers, grills, and catering equipment
* Occasional driving to events
Qualifications
* Kitchen or food service experience preferred
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* ServSafe certification is a plus
Schedule
* Flexible and event-based
* Most events occur evenings and weekends
* Additional prep hours available throughout the week
* Hours will vary based on event schedule and business needs
Compensation
* Starting at $20–$30 per hour depending on experience
* Travel compensation for event days when applicable
* Opportunity for increased responsibilities and compensation as the business grows and bonuses
