POSITION TITLE: Dishwasher
DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Chef de Cuisine
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Uphold all Longwood and venue specific standards
• Uphold proper uniform standards
• Properly and safely use all dishwashing machines and equipment
• Ability to lift and move up to 45lbs.
• Responsible to follow sanitation standards
• Responsible to clean floors, walls and equipment
• Assist with plating of functions
• Responsible for washing glass, plates, flat wear and kitchen pans/utensils
• Responsible to take out the garbage and dispose of properly
• Maintain overall cleanliness of facility
• Exemplifying a solid work ethic, Longwood image and promote a team environment
1-2 years' experience in events/restaurant service
Require availability to work flexible hours and weekends
