High volume ($3 MM + annual sales) casual fine-dining restaurant seeks professional and service driven individual to lead a very qualified and dedicated staff. Providing unapparelled service to our customers is the highest priority. We seek a person who is dedicated to developing a highly skilled staff. Job requires full responsibility of operations including reservations & sales, plus cost controls of labor, F & B, and operating expenses. Candidate(s) must have at least 2 years proven experience in a similar employment. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field of study is a preferred. Command of Microsoft Office Excel and Word is necessary. Candidate(s) must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Toast or another POS software system, Open Table reservations, Sling or (or comparable scheduling) software. Knowledge of mixology and wines is a MUST.
