We are seeking a PM Baker who brings both technical skill and heart to their craft. This role is essential in preparing high-quality pastry items for evening service while contributing to a collaborative, supportive kitchen environment. Core Responsibilities
- Prepare pastry and dessert components for evening service
- Assist with daily prep production
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support menu development and seasonal items
- Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation
- Communicate with Pastry Chef

Qualifications
- 1+ year pastry or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of pastry techniques is a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and on a team
Compensation & Schedule
-Hourly (Non-Exempt): Starting at $17/hr (based on experience)
-Part-Time (Under 30 hours/week)
-Shifts begin between 9:00–10:00 AM
-Thursday–Saturday availability preferred, Thursdays a must
