THE ROLE:
*Daily prep
*Working the line for lunch and dinner
*Cleaning
The role requires stamina, modern culinary awareness, and strong communication skills. We are looking for an experienced line cook perhaps looking to take the next step in their career.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
*3+ years Line Cook experience in all line stations
*Expert Knife skills and knowledge of diverse cooking techniques
*Flexible availability day, night, weekend, and holidays
*Someone with a collaborative mindset focused on teamwork
