Executive chef needed for a high volume corporate cafe. Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience required. Responsibilities include overseeing all kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Managing 20+ employees, menu writing, inventory, high volume batch cooking as well as upscale catering. Proficient with computers and servsafe certified. Café hours Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.
