Part-time audit shifts are available. We are seeking outgoing, guest service focused individuals that will go the extra mile for our guests and team members. Duties Include:
Turning over the business day each shift.
Reconciling all reservations due in and due out.
Organizing the audit paperwork every night.
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests; including issuing rooms keys, ensuring that all guests sign a guest registration card and provide a credit card or other method of payment.
Operate telephone to answer, screen and forward calls, take messages and schedule/change reservations.
Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
Record and resolve guest comments/complaints, or refer guest to a manager if necessary.
Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests reports problems.
Maintain room key control and supervise guest access to safe deposit boxes.
Verify banks and deposits each shift and follow all cash handling and credit policies.
Resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, courteously and professionally.
Responsible for the order and cleanliness of the front desk and adjacent work areas.
Complete front desk communication log daily.
Ensure all Front Office policies and procedures are consistently applied.
Experience in a Hotel Front Desk position preferred. We will train the right candidate.
Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including holidays.
Punctual, dependable, and responsible.
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
