Core Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
-Prepare and fabricate staple items for menu and tasting menu dishes using Gracie’s recipes and specifications
-Memorize portion sizes and all basic preparations used in the kitchen
-Maintain the daily pars of menu items to create consistent desserts.
-Proper usage of Gracie’s equipment and tools
-Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen working space throughout production and daily breakdown, as required by the Rhode Island Health Code and Gracie’s Standards.

-Successful preparation and execution of the dessert menu, including tastings.
-Efficient productivity and the ability to multitask without compromising quality

Qualifications:
-1+ year of pastry prep/pastry plating experience
-Strong interest in fine dining

-Starting at $17/hr.
