Castle Hill Inn is looking for friendly, service-oriented individuals who have a genuine passion for hospitality to join our exemplary front desk team. Front desk agents represent the primary point of contact for our guests and handle all stages of a guest’s stay from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to checking-in and checking-out guests, making, modifying, and cancelling room reservations, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel, providing information about rooms, rates and amenities, assisting guests with any special requests or needs, and ultimately creating a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and strong computer skills are required. Front desk agents are regularly required to stand and are also required to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. College degree is preferred. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
