At The Mooring you will have the opportunity to work in a professionally run kitchen with a skilled culinary team. Ideal candidates will be passionate about food and will be committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. The pastry cook must have a strong sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Experience - a minimum of 2 years of previous pastry experience is required for consideration. Leadership experience is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate regardless of experience.
