We are looking for an experienced and reliable American Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing traditional American breakfast dishes and be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare classic American breakfast items such as eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and breakfast sandwiches
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste standards are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen safety and sanitation standards
• Manage breakfast prep and cooking during busy morning hours
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies when needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a breakfast cook or line cook preferred
• Knowledge of American breakfast cooking techniques
• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Food safety knowledge is a plus
Schedule:
Early morning shifts (typically starting around 5:00–9:00 AM)
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience
