Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Counter Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, food service, and working in a clean, organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Process payments using POS systems
Assist with food prep: washing, cutting, peeling ingredients
Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
Keep the café clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
